This page describes how CodeNexon chooses topics, researches and writes its guides, keeps them current and fixes mistakes.
What we cover
CodeNexon publishes guides in three areas:
- [Hosting & Cloud](/hosting-cloud): web hosting, cloud platforms, DNS, SSL and CDNs.
- [WordPress](/wordpress): speed, migrations, backups and site care.
- [SaaS & Tools](/saas-tools): email, payments and the software a small business runs on.
We pick topics that answer a real question someone needs settled before they spend money or change a working website.
Who writes the guides
Guides are written by Shubham Handore, who founded CodeNexon in 2024. The site is owned, developed and managed by Quavento Technologies.
How a guide is researched
- Primary sources first. Prices, limits and technical requirements are taken from the vendor's own pricing page or documentation, or from the relevant standards body.
- Every figure is dated. Each guide states the date its numbers were checked.
- Sources are listed. Every guide ends with a Sources section linking to the pages used.
- Calculations are shown. When we work out a five-year cost or a fee on a sale, the guide shows the inputs so you can check the arithmetic.
- Gaps are stated. If we could not confirm a detail, the guide says so instead of guessing.
Testing
We do not say a product was tested unless we ran the test. Guides based on published information carry a note near the top explaining how they were researched.
When hands-on tests are published, they will state the plan tested, the region, the tools used, the dates and the raw results, and every product in a category will be scored with the same method.
How guides are written
- The answer comes first, with the detail below it.
- Plain language. Acronyms are explained on first use.
- Real numbers and worked examples instead of general claims.
- Downsides are stated plainly.
- No invented quotes, statistics, reviews or experience.
Use of AI tools
AI tools may be used to help with outlining, drafting and editing. They are not used as a source of facts. Every price, limit and technical claim is checked against a primary source before publication, and a named author is responsible for each guide.
Keeping guides current
- Guides show a "last updated" date, which changes only when something substantive changed.
- Pricing-heavy guides are rechecked regularly, and sooner when a vendor announces a change.
- A guide's address stays the same when it is updated, so links to it keep working.
Corrections
If you find an error, email info@codenexon.com with the page address and what is wrong. We check it against the source. Confirmed errors are corrected promptly and the updated date is changed. Corrections that affect a recommendation are noted in the guide.
Independence
Recommendations are based on the evidence in the guide. No company can pay to change a conclusion. Our current funding and our rules for affiliate links and sponsored content are on the Disclosure page.
